How does the booking process work? Booking with us is simple and tailored to your space!
Submit your details: Share your contact information, property details, cleaning needs, and preferred dates.
In-person estimate: We schedule a quick visit to your property to assess the space and provide an accurate estimate.
Quote & Scheduling: We send you the estimate for approval, and once accepted, we coordinate the date and time based on mutual availability.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No, many of our clients provide a spare key or code. Our staff is fully trusted and background-checked.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? Yes! We bring all the necessary professional cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific eco-friendly products for your surfaces, just let us know.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? We understand that unexpected things come up! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or major changes.
Rescheduling: You can easily reschedule your appointment for a new date within 7 days at no extra cost, subject to availability. However, pushing it out by two weeks or more will count as a late change.
Late Fee: A second last-minute cancellation (or excessive rescheduling) within a 6-month period will incur a $50 fee on your next service.
Our commitment: We respect your time just as much. If our team ever runs late, we will notify you promptly and guarantee the full duration of your cleaning.
When and how do I pay for the cleaning? Payment is processed securely after the cleaning is completed to your satisfaction. We accept major credit cards, digital payments, or cash/checks depending on your preference. We will send you an easy invoice right after the service.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Your peace of mind is our priority. If any area wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction (within reason), just let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we will happily return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
