How does the booking process work? Booking with us is simple and tailored to your space!
Submit your details: Share your contact information, property details, cleaning needs, and preferred dates.
In-person estimate: We schedule a quick visit to your property to assess the space and provide an accurate estimate.
Quote & Scheduling: We send you the estimate for approval, and once accepted, a 20% deposit is required to secure your preferred date.
How far in advance should I book my move cleaning? We recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date, especially at the end or beginning of the month.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No, many of our clients provide a spare key, door code, or coordinate access directly with their realtor or property manager.
What if the property requires an extreme deep clean due to long-term vacancy? We can perform an initial assessment or request photos to tailor a custom plan, ensuring we bring the right amount of time and crew to restore the space completely.
When and how do I pay for the cleaning? No deposit is required to secure your booking! Payment is due in full upon completion of the cleaning.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule? We understand that moving plans can change. Because move-in and move-out cleanings require dedicated, large blocks of time for our crew, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
While we do not require a deposit, late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) significantly impact our scheduling and leave our team with empty slots. We deeply appreciate your prompt communication if your moving timeline shifts.
If either you or Clean Fleur Services LLC needs to cancel due to circumstances beyond your/our control, we will gladly work with you to reschedule seamlessly.
